I had the privilege of working with Bill Kercher, a respected former city planner with over 30 years of experience, on a complete WordPress redesign of his comprehensive urban planning platform, CharacterTowns.org.

Over our seven-year professional relationship, I've helped Bill transform his vision into a robust digital repository serving city planners, managers, elected officials, and engaged citizens nationwide. The redesigned website houses his monthly e-magazine featuring articles, videos, and book reviews on city planning, climate change, and case studies of thriving small towns.

Beyond the main site, I supported the digital presence of The Character Town Workshop, a collaborative network of 17 planning professionals in Central Florida, and assisted with publishing Bill's three books on Amazon and Kindle. The result is an intuitive, content-rich platform that effectively serves Bill's mission of helping small cities and towns become more interesting, pleasant, and prosperous places for their communities.
